Ease Services is a family-owned and operated business dedicated to helping you with the dirty work that often comes along with difficult transitions such as the loss of a loved one, a divorce, or a stressful move. We know first-hand how challenging these transitions can be—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
After struggling to clean out three homes left by the loss of three different loved ones—two family members and a close friend—we knew there had to be a better way. We couldn’t stand the thought of throwing all of the useful items in the landfill, so we made some calls to local charities. To our dismay, we found that few charities made house calls, and many would only accept certain items. It felt as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to donate our loved one’s personal possessions instead of the other way around. We felt hurt by this insinuation, and so we decided to gather everything up and deliver it to the charities that seemed grateful to receive our donation.
After this emotionally-draining experience, we still felt as if there had to be a better way. We wondered how many other families had been in a similar predicament. We asked ourselves—how could we make this difficult chore easier for other families? Thus, Ease Services was born.
To our amazement, we found that our home clean out and junk removal prices were comparable to the cost of a couple of dumpsters. Since we do all the dirty work and provide families with a tax receipt for all of their charitable donations, we were thrilled to find out that we could provide a useful service at a great value.
